As a Church of England school, our vision and values are founded on the Christian faith and are woven into all areas of school life. Our children are taught about them explicitly through assemblies and lessons but all members of our school community are encouraged to live out our vision and values in their daily lives.
Of course, children, families and staff from all faiths or none are very welcome at Crowthorne CE School and all members of our school community benefit from and appreciate the opportunity to learn about a variety of beliefs and cultures.
Our Vision
Inspiring and enabling our school community to live life to the full,
promoting excellence and nurturing
compassion, honesty, trust, hope, respect, thankfulness and courage.
John 10 v10:
Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
Our Values
Our school values are listed within our vision statement. They are Compassion, Courage, Honesty, Hope, Thankfulness, Trust and Respect.
We use CCHHaTTeR to help us remember them... and we 'chatter' about our values.
This term we held a competition to create a piece of art to represent one of our values. From the entries, some were chosen to be in our school entrance hall, some are here on our website and some are on printed documents.
